If you are local to Glasgow I am happy to meet face to face to carry out a consultation but I do not provide in home support at bed/nap times. I will give parents the tools to implement sleep plans themselves but I do not have any hands on input with the child as they are likely to respond differently towards a stranger than how they will behave with their regular caregiver.
